The SENS project takes a psycho-social approach. This research is centred on the understandings of young people with diverse sex develoment, their parents, carers and health professionals. We are interested in how people make sense of bodily diversity and medical interventions that are brought into play in relation to intersex characteristics or diverse sex development.
